       M Ward Leon

M. Ward Leon is a former advertising creative director who started his career at Doyle Dane Bernbach, New York, during the Madmen era. While at DDB, his writing on the Volkswagen Rabbit campaign won him inclusion into the Smithsonian Institution Advertising Archives. Recently his writing has earned him two National Emmy Awards for Public Service advertising.

His novels include The Blood of the Beast, Revenge of the Beast, The Strange and Curious Cases of Roscoe Brown, Detective NYPD, and Ambush at Fig Tree Gulch. Several novels are award winners, including the 2020 Texas Best Action-Adventure Award, Honorable Mention in the Paris Book Festival, and the New York Book Festival.

Mr. Leon is a California State University Los Angeles graduate and an Art Center College of Design alumnus.
