Customer Service
If you have incurred a problem with your order such as lost, damaged or trouble with your account or shopping cart, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@beaconpublishinggroup.com.
Rights and Permissions
If you are interested in permission to use material from a Beacon Publishing Group product, please submit a request which includes all title information including ISBN numbers and send your request to bpgrights@beaconpublishinggroup.com.
There is no charge for permissions, and given the volume of requests, it may take up to a month for us to respond. If you deem a usage to fall under “fair use” as established by the U.S. Copyright office, you do not need to request permission from us.

Purchasing Titles
If you are looking to purchase our titles, you may either visit our store page here or visit any of the numerous retailers carrying our titles such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Walmart, Target, Books a Million, Kobo, Powell's, Hudson Booksellers, Apple Books, Google Books, Chapters and other fine local retailers which can be found at IndieBound.org.
Audiobook Titles
BPG produces audiobooks based on best-selling books published by our publishing house. Some factors we consider when choosing our list are commercial appeal, book sales and promotion.
Book Returns
BPG accepts return books within 30 days. The books must be returned in the same condition they were delivered in. If a return is needed, please contact customerservice@beaconpublishinggroup.com for instructions and a return form.
Media and Review Copies
If you are a media outlet such as a magazine, newspaper, periodical, radio station/show, television, retailer or book reviewer and are requesting a promotional copy, please visit our media and review page here.
Contacting an Author
BPG receives a large amount of author requests and we are unable to release any private information for our authors. If you would like to send a query, please email them to authorservices@beaconpublishinggroup.com. We cannot guarantee a response from any specific author.
Narrating Audiobooks
If you are looking to further your career in audiobook narration and are interested in narrating a specific title of ours or in general, please contact authorservices@beaconpublishinggroup.com and please include a link to view your demo reel.

Imprint Inquiries
If you are a publisher and looking to submit your company's information for consideration in becoming an imprint, please send all the necessary information needed to make such a decision to info@beaconpublishingrgoup.com.
Out of Print Titles
If a title is considered "Out of Print" and cannot be found on our website, it could still be available at a local used bookstore or through a third party online seller.
